12.1  The id888k platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. id888k does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

12.2  If id888k becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be deleted, and any funds will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

12.3  If you believe that a minor has registered on the id888k platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.
